Your Role

• As a Junior Software Developer (m/f/d) in our Fast-Track Program, you will undergo 18 months of training across various teams within Digital Commerce to become an experienced developer.
• The first semester focuses on Backend development in our Search Team; subsequent semesters will expand your knowledge into additional frameworks.
• You will gradually take on more challenging tasks, support exciting projects in an agile environment, and develop your technical skills through online courses on cloud technologies (GCP) and agile methods (e.g., Scrum, OKR).
• Mentors and experienced engineers will support you throughout the program with on-the-job training.
• Upon completion, we look forward to integrating you into one of our 25 cross-functional product teams.

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification, e.g., as an IT specialist with professional experience.
• Initial practical programming experience with Elasticsearch, Java, and Python.
• Eagerness to learn additional programming languages and frameworks.
• Strong enthusiasm for personal development through available training options.
• Passion for creative, elegant solutions and the ability to deliver testable, maintainable, high-quality code independently.
• Excellent communication skills and appreciation for an international working environment.
