Your role :

• As a Junior Software Developer (m/f/d) in our Fast-Track Program, you will be trained for 18 months across various teams within Digital Commerce to become an experienced developer with practical experience.
• Initially, the focus is on app development in our Consumer App Team; in subsequent semesters, you will expand your knowledge in additional frameworks.
• You will gradually assume more challenging tasks and support exciting projects in an agile environment.
• One day a week is dedicated to developing your technical skills through online courses on cloud technologies (GCP) and agile working methods (e.g., Scrum, OKR).
• Throughout the program, mentors and experienced engineers are available to support you with your tasks as part of on-the-job training.
• After completing the Fast-Track Program, we look forward to integrating you as a team member in one of our 25 cross-functional product teams.

Your profile :

• Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics or Computer Science, or a comparable qualification such as an IT specialist with professional experience.
• Initial practical programming experience with Dart, Flutter, or Swift.
• Enthusiasm for learning additional programming languages and frameworks.
• Strong motivation for personal development through offered training options.
• Passion for creative, elegant solutions and the ability to deliver testable, maintainable, high-quality code independently.
• Excellent communication skills and appreciation for an international working environment.
