Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Join our Software Development team and take responsibility for the software development on TeamViewer Frontline products for our customer projects. Work closely with our customer success managers to ensure smooth project rollouts on the customer side.
• Create interfaces to backend systems of our customers using Java and SpringBoot, e.g., for REST Services, databases, SAP.
• Configure user interfaces and handle on-premise installation of our software.
• Work with the latest Smart Glasses and other wearable devices and bring them into use at our customers.
• Provide technical consulting for our customers.
• Support user acceptance and system integration tests.
• Execute roll-out at customer sites.
• Handle bug-fixing during the hypercare phase and hand over to support teams.
• Work independently on projects and ensure compliance with time and quality specifications.

Requirements

• University or college degree in computer science, IT, informatics, or related fields.
• Familiarity with API designs/specifications and XML/JSON.
• Database experience, such as MySQL.
• Ideally, experience with logistics processes or manufacturing companies, e.g., automotive industry.
• Ability to understand the big picture and quickly grasp complex relationships in dynamic organizations.
• Enthusiasm for teamwork, especially in cross-functional teams, combined with a passion for working independently and taking holistic responsibility for projects.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
