Position:

To strengthen our Social Media team in Frankfurt, we are looking for a passionate individual with a hands-on mentality to join us as a (Junior) Social Media Manager (m/f/d).

Your Tasks:

• Organize campaigns and tasks using social media and project management tools.
• Lead community management efforts to foster meaningful engagement across platforms.
• Support strategy and execution with PowerPoint, Excel, and other Microsoft tools.
• Develop content ideas and strategies to increase audience engagement.
• Monitor campaign performance against KPIs and optimize accordingly.
• Coordinate with on-site teams during live events to manage real-time social media content.
• Bring a passion for cars and an understanding of the target audience (a plus!).

Your Profile:

• At least 1-2 years of agency experience.
• Team player with a reliable, proactive attitude.
• Good understanding of the social media ecosystem, from strategy to community engagement and reporting.
• Experience with Microsoft and social media tools for reporting and strategy presentation.
• Business fluent in English and German.
• Solid understanding of trading and adtech, including latest trends and technologies.
