(Junior) Social Media & Community Manager (m/f/d)

About the position

Are you passionate about social media, content creation and community building? Then you've come to the right place! As(Junior) Community & Social Media Manager (m/f/d), you will be part of our brand team and actively shape the external perception of mybacs. You will bring a breath of fresh air to our channels, develop creative content and work with us to build a strong community.

Important: The position is initially limited to 15 months - we are looking for a motivated parental leave replacement with a real hands-on mentality

Your mission

Social media with impact:
You take care of our channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube) and ensure that our brand remains lively, relevant and approachable.

Content that inspires:
You develop ideas and implement content that not only looks good, but also inspires our community - whether reels, stories or creative captions. Here you can be found both in front of and behind the camera. To get a better idea of what this involves, take a look at our Instagram channel

Community First:
You engage directly with our community, answer questions, gather feedback and make sure our followers feel heard.

Strategy & Creativity:
You will work with our Head of Brand on data-based and creative strategies, test new formats, experiment with trends and take our reach and engagement to the next level.

Teamwork makes the dream work:
Together with the Brand & Marketing team, you plan campaigns and ensure a well-rounded brand presence on all channels.

Content beyond social:
You bring your creativity to the website or other digital touchpoints.

Insights & optimisation:
You analyse KPIs, identify patterns and develop specific optimisation proposals on this basis.

What you bring along

You already have some experience in content and brand marketing - whether in an internship, part-time job or permanent position.

You love creating and editing video and photo content - smartphone ready, but with a sense of aesthetics and storytelling.

Instagram, TikTok & Co. are your digital home. You know what works - and how to attract attention.

You have a good feel for brand aesthetics and like to write texts that stick.
Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, Photoshop, analytics tools? It would be great if you already have some experience here.

You work independently, creatively and solution-orientated - and still enjoy working in a team.


German and English? You have a high level of proficiency (C2), both written and spoken.
