Responsibilities

1. Subject Matter Expert: Be the go-to expert on ISS’s ESG solutions, including sustainability ratings, controversy screenings, SDG impact, climate research, and regulatory solutions like EU Taxonomy and SFDR PAI. Assist clients with research queries and platform usage.
2. Coordinator & Solution Finder: Bridge client needs with internal teams. Collaborate with sales, data delivery, and research teams to support client requirements and product development.

Qualifications

• Team player with a positive outlook
• Fluent in German and English
• Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Strong project management skills
• Interest in ESG and responsible investing
• Experience in client-facing roles is a plus
