About the job Junior SAP S4 Hana Consultant

Note: Visa sponsorship is not provided for this position. We are only looking for applicants who already live in Germany and speak German B2 or are fluent/native speakers.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the production department to support the implementation, customization, and optimization of MES systems, aimed at digitizing production processes, with the goal of effectively managing, controlling, and continuously improving them.
• Analyze existing production workflows to identify bottlenecks, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
• Develop tailored concepts, solutions, and recommendations for the efficient use of MES technologies.
• Work with internal teams from production, IT, quality control, logistics, and R&D to shape processes and conduct training for the production team.
• Assist in integrating MES systems with other enterprise applications, particularly SAP ERP, and monitor the performance of the MES systems.

Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• Hands-on experience in consulting and implementing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) in production environments, ideally with mpdv Hydra.
• Strong understanding of production processes and technologies.
• Expertise in data interfaces between MES and SAP S/4HANA (PP, PM, QM modules).
• A proactive, solution-oriented work approach with a willingness to take responsibility.
• Excellent German (minimum B2) and English (minimum B2) language skills.
