Position Overview
The main task of the Junior Sales Specialist (f/m/x) is the sales coverage of corporate clients in the EMEA region (including DACH) regarding advisory and sales of liquidity management and investment solutions products. This includes identifying additional business opportunities in collaboration with senior team members. The role involves achieving quantitative and qualitative targets by managing and developing a defined client portfolio and driving global initiatives with regional teams.
Your key responsibilities
- Advising and executing the full Cash Management and Fixed Income product range for investment solutions and liquidity management, including deposits, repos, money-market funds, bonds, and structured products, in collaboration with senior team members.
- Managing a defined corporate client portfolio for liquidity and investment solutions, marketing and executing standard and tailored investment and liquidity solutions, potentially involving multi-product strategies like FX.
- Structuring, pricing, and executing trades of investment products in coordination with product and trading units, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and regulations.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders across various departments to drive revenue growth and client profitability.
- Preparing and leading client meetings on liquidity and investment topics, including follow-up work and supporting broader client meetings with Investment Solutions content.
- Being part of a dynamic sales team that develops customized investment and liquidity solutions for clients' operational and strategic needs, serving multinational corporations, mid-caps, and public-sector clients.
Your skills and experiences
- University degree in economics, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience with investment products for corporate or institutional clients, or in Treasury, FRM, or related areas including balance sheet and liquidity management.
- Ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong client sales skills, comfortable with marketing and negotiation, with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with market-related tools like Bloomberg is preferred.
- Fluent in German and English, both verbal and written.
