As a Junior Sales Operations Manager, you will take full ownership and responsibility for all commercial aspects of various promotions and marketing campaigns. Your efforts will have a direct impact on the company's revenue and profit. Your role includes managing the commercial conditions of our product portfolio, defining prices, deals, and promotions, and optimizing the use of marketing funds. Your analytical skills will be crucial in understanding market conditions and strategically steering prices to create competitive and unique offers.

  • Define and manage deals, discounts, and promotions for marketing campaigns
  • Design and implement pricing strategies for different product categories in various markets
  • Steer and continuously optimize product pricing according to our goals
  • Calculate and control margins for different product categories
  • Monitor and analyze competition and market prices
  • Analyze market context and seasonal dynamics
  • Use our Business Analytics platform to analyze performance and historical data, generating insights for pricing decisions
  • Manage all commercial conditions for our product portfolio
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from different departments
  • Manage and generate discount vouchers for various activities
  • Contribute to process automation and tool improvements
  • Generate analyses and reports for internal stakeholders
Dein Profil
  • Initial experience in Marketing/Business or related areas
  • Solid understanding of business administration
  • Strong affinity for numbers and analytical thinking
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Comfortable working with data sets
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Full professional proficiency in English (C1/C2), at least limited working proficiency in German (B1/B2)
  • Experience in e-commerce is a plus
  • Skills in SQL, R, JavaScript, or Python are advantageous
