As a Junior Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will play a key role in identifying exciting markets and acquiring potential customers.


Tasks

Market analysis and customer acquisition: You are a pioneer in sales and identify innovative markets where our technology is in demand. By proactively approaching customers, you will win potential customers for our products.

Customer consulting and solution presentation: You are the ambassador for our technology and convince customers of the benefits of our products through sound advice and customized solution presentations.

Relationship management and customer loyalty: You build long-term relationships with our customers and continuously strengthen the bond by understanding their needs and supporting them with innovative solutions.

Pipeline management and reporting: Working closely with our CRM team, you will manage your sales pipeline and produce regular reports on the progress and success of your sales activities.


Requirements

Passion for sales: Sales is your passion and you are eager to open up new markets and inspire customers.

Enthusiasm for technology: You possess a solid background in technology, supported by relevant education or proven initial professional experience. You are well-versed in high-tech solutions and have an interest in the possible applications of LiDAR technology and detection software.

Strong communicator: You are a convincing communicator who knows how to explain complex technical issues in an understandable way and inspire customers for our

products.

Team player: You enjoy working in a team and actively contribute your ideas and experience to achieve success together.

Independence and initiative: You approach customers proactively, identify new business opportunities and implement your sales strategy independently.


Language skills: Very good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile and enable you to communicate smoothly with customers and

colleagues.
