Your Tasks- You will systematically develop the sales area in a specific industry.
- You will either be responsible for existing customer business or focus on acquiring new customers and building up your own customer portfolio.
- You will identify target customers, establish contacts with decision-makers and build long-term, successful customer relationships.
- You will increase sales of the entire SEEBURGER product range and generate qualified leads.
- You conscientiously maintain your contacts in the CRM, recognise sales opportunities and use them to fully exploit the market potential.
- You accompany the entire sales process - from the first contact to the successful conclusion of a contract.
Your Profile- You are interested in business processes and want to learn how to recognise customer needs and develop suitable solutions.
- You enjoy sales and are enthusiastic about developing and successfully utilising your skills in communicating with customers.
- You are actively looking for new challenges and are open to familiarising yourself with new topics and the sales area with our support, even without previous IT knowledge.
- You have a confident manner or would like to develop this during your time with us - with our support you will strengthen your negotiating skills and initiative.
- You are a strong communicator and open-minded or willing to further develop these skills with targeted training in order to build long-term customer relationships.
- You remain patient and persistent, even when you grow into new and complex sales situations, and are closely supported by us.
- You have a good command of English, which can be helpful in an international context, but is not a prerequisite.
- You have a degree or a comparable qualification, for example a commercial apprenticeship, and would like to develop further in the sales area.
