Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Sales Manager located in Hermsdorf. The Junior Sales Manager will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of sales strategies, engaging in customer outreach, managing client relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets. Day-to-day tasks will include prospecting for new clients, conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, and maintaining data in CRM systems.

• Sales and Customer Relationship Management skills
• Market Research and Data Analysis skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Relevant experience in technology or manufacturing industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Fluency in German and English
