A leading IAM consultancy is looking for a Junior Sales Executive to join their growing German team. You will engage in full sales cycles, working closely with experienced colleagues, to provide identity solutions to prospective clients. This role offers the opportunity to learn a full 360 sales cycle role. You will work closely in a team of 3, all sales professionals, and learn about all stages from deal open till close.

What you'll be doing
As a Junior Sales Executive, you'll be the 4th sales hire in the German team, participating in the full sales process from initial contact to close, supported by your more experienced colleagues.
You’ll be the first point of contact with prospective customers, helping them understand how modern identity solutions can solve real-world security and compliance challenges.
You'll be responsible for lead generation, contacting prospects through methods such as cold calling, social selling via LinkedIn, attending events & conferences, and processing incoming leads from marketing and colleagues. Networking will be key to nurturing long-term growth opportunities. You'll also join your colleagues at key industry events.

This IAM consultancy is in a strong growth phase, with double-digit expansion across all offices this year. They’ve been around for 20 years and have acquired several IAM consultancies recently, creating a stable and exciting workplace.
They now have around 200 employees, offering the scope and projects of a well-established company without the layers and slow decision-making of a large organization. You won't be just a small cog here!
