What you can expect
  • You support the analysis and documentation of business processes to identify automation potential – with a focus on RPA solutions.
  • You work closely with business departments and the technical team to understand requirements and help develop initial automation ideas.
  • You assist in implementing and maintaining existing automation solutions to ensure they run reliably and smoothly.
  • You contribute to the support and further development of the automation infrastructure.
  • You are part of exciting projects in a dynamic environment and get to know agile methods and project management.
  • You have the opportunity to explore additional technologies such as AI, OCR, or communications mining and gain initial hands-on experience.
  • You contribute your ideas and support the introduction of new standards and technical possibilities in the field of automation.
What makes you stand out
  • You have completed a degree or vocational training in Information Technology or a related field – or are about to graduate.
  • You have already gained initial experience in RPA development, for example through internships, academic projects, or certifications.
  • You are familiar with RPA tools such asUiPathorMicrosoft Power Automate– some hands-on experience is a plus.
  • You also have a basic understanding of theMicrosoft Power Platform; knowledge ofPower Appsis an advantage.
  • You bring analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • You have already worked in an agile development team or are eager to grow in such an environment.
  • You communicate clearly and enjoy working in a team – a collaborative mindset is important to you.
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken, round off your profile.
