The Junior RMA Technician is responsible for performing product diagnosis, repairs, and service, including diagnosing problems, researching issues, isolating causes, and completing resolutions.

What you'll do:

  1. Evaluate and determine the root cause of failure for RMA products
  2. Troubleshoot and test RMA units to component level
  3. Record findings in Excel/Sheets and ERP, and determine appropriate next steps for devices
  4. Escalate cases when the root cause cannot be identified
  5. Identify trends through data analysis
  6. Manage RMA requests (inbound and outbound) and flow
  7. Collaborate with internal and external teams to review RMA process updates
  8. Work with customer support and software teams as a technical resource for customer issues and patch bugs as needed

What you'll need:

  • IT-Electronic Qualification
  • English fluency (preferred)
  • Willingness to work autonomously
  • Highly organized, capable of juggling competing priorities and tasks
  • Willing to learn and share knowledge with others
  • Team player
