We're on a mission to build high-impact teams — and we’re looking for a driven (Junior) Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Manager in Berlin to make it happen.

Deine Aufgabe

  1. End-to-End Recruiting: You take full ownership of the hiring process across multiple departments — from defining the role and crafting the perfect job ad to sourcing, interviewing and sealing the deal.
  2. Employer Branding: You launch creative initiatives and campaigns that turn our culture, values and mission into stories that attract through creative social media, events or career page.
  3. Talent Partnership: You work hand-in-hand with hiring managers and leadership to understand team needs, anticipate future skill gaps, and shape smart, scalable hiring strategies that fuel long-term success.
  4. Candidate Experience: You champion inclusive, objective-based interviews and create a seamless, top-notch candidate journey with competency-driven decisions.
  5. Continuous improvement: You drive TA projects that push innovation, improve tooling and enhance best practices.
  6. People Collaboration: You partner with our People Team to ensure smooth Onboarding process and contribute to other People projects.
Dein Profil

  1. Experience: You’ve gained initial experience (1-2 years) in Recruiting or HR — through internships, working student positions, or junior role.
  2. People-first Mindset: You’re approachable, empathetic, and confident in communicating with candidates and colleagues alike — in both German and English (C1).
  3. Startup Spirit: You are eager to learn, take ownership of your work and enjoy bringing clarity to complexity with a structured approach.
  4. Creative Artist: You like to create engaging employer branding initiatives, creative projects and social media content.
  5. Structured and organized: You proactively find and connect with talent, keeping track of candidates, and timelines with attention to detail.
  6. Tech-savvy: You have already worked with an ATS like Ashby or Team Tailor and are comfortable navigating job tools like LinkedIn Recruiter or Platforms.
