The Position

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
  2. Support the full recruitment cycle for roles we consistently hire for such as Sales or Customer Support, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and drive process improvements.
  4. Utilize inbound and outbound recruitment strategies to build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  5. Track and analyze key metrics related to talent acquisition to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.

Your Profile:

We are looking for someone with:

  1. At least 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced environment or startup.
  2. Basic understanding of recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices.
  3. Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal); proficiency in German or another European language is a plus.
  4. Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  5. Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  6. High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
