Your Impact

You will join our Experienced Professional recruiting team, co-located with other recruiters in one of our European locations—Munich, Lisbon, or Wroclaw. Our vibrant regional team manages complex and diverse hiring requirements for various Practices, focusing on recruiting Expert Management Consultants from industry and consulting backgrounds.

You will collaborate with recruiting teams across the region and with colleagues in HR, Professional Development, and Learning functions.

You will work closely with experienced recruiters, gaining valuable experience from day one in the full 360 recruitment cycle at McKinsey. This includes crafting sourcing strategies, cultivating candidates, managing their selection and evaluation, and identifying top talent for our firm.

You will lead your own projects from the start, including managing events, executing marketing activities, direct sourcing via our internal CRM and external platforms, managing recruiting systems, candidate screening, and coaching.

You will have opportunities to develop new skills and strengthen existing ones. Our recruiters benefit from exceptional training, ongoing coaching, and mentoring from the recruiting team and internal leaders, with opportunities to collaborate across functions.

Your qualifications and skills

• University degree; a degree in a human resources-related discipline is a plus
• Previous experience in HR or recruiting is preferred
• Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to initiate tasks independently and see them through to completion, with keen attention to detail
• Strong customer service orientation
• Effective collaboration skills and the ability to work independently when needed
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written; fluency in French, German, Spanish, or Portuguese is preferred; additional European languages are advantageous
