JOIN OUR TEAM

As a Junior Quality Manager, you will support in ensuring that our Westwing Collection products meet our high-quality standards. You will work closely with our Buying and Creative teams to bring the latest own design ideas to life, with a clear focus on customer experience and premium quality. At the same time, you will monitor supplier performance using data gathered from touchpoints with both suppliers and customers, ensuring we make the best decisions to enhance the premium customer experience. This position is permanent and based in Munich.

What You'll Do
  • Ensure and maintain quality policies, standards, and procedures within respective categories.
  • Analyze supplier performance data as well as item performance data to drive continuous improvement to enhance quality aspects.
  • Create a problem-solving mindset within your cross-functional stakeholders to pragmatically resolve issues with best practice approaches.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with our suppliers in Asia and Europe to ensure smooth collaboration and enhance overall quality processes and output.
  • Foster a high-performing, collaborative culture.
You Come With
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering with a focus on quality management, or a completed apprenticeship in furniture craftsmanship.
  • Initial work experience in a quality management role or as a furniture craftsman.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
