Job Description

We are delighted to be working with one our long-term clients. They are recruiting for a Junior Quality Assurance Engineer join their team on a full time, permanent basis. This role would require one day a week in the office in Düsseldorf.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Participating in manual execution of acceptance test cases
• Learning and applying basic programming skills
• Assisting in resolution of support issues and incidents
• Collaborating with Software Engineers and Product Owners
• Reporting automated test results
• Providing basic load and stress testing
• Analysing test results

The successful candidate will have:

• Familiarity with a programming such as Java
• Willingness to learn new skills and technologies
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of Quality Assurance methodologies
• Understanding of Agile principles and practices
• Experience working as part of a team
• Knowledge of Postman (desirable)
