Junior Project Manager / Project Manager (f / m / d)

Do you have a background in acoustic engineering and a strong passion for sound reinforcement and live entertainment? Then you’re exactly who we’re looking for to strengthen our experienced R&D team in Solingen!

As a project manager, you will collaborate with internal and external teams in Germany and worldwide. Your goal is to turn our ideas and those of our OEM / ODM customers into internationally successful, cutting-edge speaker systems for professional applications – whether for musicians, small venues, or installations.

Tasks

Managing complex projects involving multiple departments, from the initial product idea through the concept phase and various prototype stages to mass production and throughout the entire product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Experience in the Audio world - This is a hard requirement!
• A degree in acoustics, mechanics, or electronics (or proven success in these fields).
• Experience in project management.
• Economic understanding (financial responsibility for projects).
• Good understanding of mechanical design.
• Excellent English skills and strong teamwork abilities.

Since 1980, we have been developing and producing high-quality speaker systems. For over 24 years, we have been manufacturing our products exclusively in our own facility in China, where more than 400 employees work.
