What You Will Do

• You will manage your projects independently with the support of the team and according to agreed processes and actively initiate appropriate measures to achieve goals in order to maintain quality, schedule and budget.
• In close dialog, you ensure that customers understand, successfully implement and use our software and build lasting trust in our solutions and us as a partner.
• You convince our customers by providing needs-based support throughout the entire implementation process and advising them in a targeted manner in terms of customer success.
• You report transparently on the status quo, including challenges and proposed solutions.
• You communicate proactively with your superiors and other areas of the company and delegate tasks within your team in a results-oriented manner.
• You correspond confidently and effectively in German and English.

• Completed studies in the field of business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering or comparable qualifications with a high affinity for software.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, affinity and memory for numbers, data and facts, structured way of working and very good German and English skills.
• Persistent and self-motivated will to create and succeed combined with the ability to prepare and professionally present complex issues to the target group.
• Dialogue and results-oriented team player with passion and enthusiasm for innovative software solutions.
