What will you do

You play an important role within our international design teams organizing planning and budgeting individual projects being in contact with clients and learning from our more Senior Project and Account Managers.

Your day-to-day will include :

• In close cooperation with the Design Lead and guidance by our Senior Project Managers you will manage complex design projects and also engage with clients to build a trusted relationship
• Be a pro-active and structuredteam player who identifiesthe teams needs for processes tools and support
• Create project plans cost estimates and billings working with the in-house financing tool
• Monitor schedules and budgets of your projects
• Manage resources and support in staffing the project teams
• Document the communication in meeting minutes and organize the weekly to dos for the team and the client
• Support design and concept teams especially in the kick-off phase or during complex challenges during the project

Heres what we think you need to succeed in this role :

• A strong organizational mindset to manage teams timings and costs
• Holistic thinking and understanding of the respective requirements
• At least 1 year of experience in an organizational role or a design role including management tasks
• Advanced software skills in Excel and Jira
• An understanding of the basic tools of design and collaboration is a plus
• Location : Munich area (2 days per week in the office required)
• Occasional national and international travel may be required but is not mandatory
• Fluency in English is required; German is a plus
