Your mission

Freaks 4U Gaming is looking for motivated and well-organized Junior Project Manager who bring structure, curiosity, and initiative to our internal projects. In this role, you will independently manage smaller projects while also supporting our Project Management team in the coordination of larger initiatives-from planning to execution. You'll play an active role in enhancing our internal knowledge management and improving operational processes. The position is based in Berlin-Spandau.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the planning, execution, and tracking of projects in terms of content, timelines, and budget
• Support the coordination of resources, task allocation, and scheduling
• Assist in the implementation and training of project management tools and best practices
• Support operational tasks including pitch preparations, internal strategy rollouts, and process improvements
• Help moderate internal meetings, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions
• Maintain project documentation, track progress, and support reporting activities
• Collaborate on risk analysis and help develop mitigation strategies
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless execution

Your profile

Required:

• Initial experience in project management or a comparable field
• Strong organizational skills, structured work approach, and quick comprehension
• Interest in process optimization, teamwork, and knowledge sharing
• Familiarity with tools for project planning, documentation, and task management
• Confident communication skills in both German and English
• Openness to agile working methods (e.g., Kanban, Scrum)

Preferred:

• Basic knowledge of Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools
• Interest in the gaming and esports industry
• Experience working with interdisciplinary teams or within an agency environment
• Analytical thinking and a natural affinity for numbers and planning
