We are currently seeking a Junior Project Engineer for our Berlin office.

Role Overview

The Project Engineer is responsible for defining technical solutions and coordinating technical alignment on equipment, facilities, utilities, components, products, and systems for diverse clients. They oversee parts or the entire project process, prepare status reports, and ensure timely documentation delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project management in planning and coordination of project packages, from small improvements to large initiatives.
• Apply IPS project management methodology and tools to assist clients in achieving project goals.
• Manage project phases including feasibility, preparation, and realization, covering activities like process description, layout, scheduling, procurement, engineering, construction, and commissioning.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, MEP Engineering, or Technical Architecture.
• 0-5 years of experience in similar roles.
• Interest or experience in the lifecycle of civil projects, including planning, permitting, construction, and infrastructure management.
• Experience in Real Estate or Industrial Projects is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with appropriate prioritization.
• Proficiency in MS Office; BIM skills are a plus.
• Languages: German and English required; additional languages are advantageous.
• Willingness to be mobile nationally and internationally (up to 20%).
