We are seeking a Junior Project Coordinator (m/f/d/x) / Regulatory Officer (m/f/d/x) to join us immediately as a maternity leave replacement, fixed-term until April 2028, with the potential for a permanent position.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage projects related to REACH compliance and related regulations, focusing on articles
• Establish and maintain relationships with the international ASSURIS team to enhance their expertise and support their Business Line colleagues
• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and clients during pre-offer, offer preparation, and farming activities
• Follow up on inquiries, manage opportunities using the CMR system, coordinate projects, and support client setup within the accounting system

Your Profile

• Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field
• Experience with regulations concerning food contact materials is advantageous
• Basic knowledge of REACH, CLP, SDS, biocides, etc.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• Proficient in IT with strong project management skills
• Willing to travel
