Airbus Defence and Space GmbH in Munich is seeking a Junior Project Controller to support its Secure Communications Project Controlling Team. You will handle financial project management from setup to invoicing, and contribute to budget control, risk assessment, and pricing processes.

This permanent, on-site role requires a finance or business background, SAP CO/FI familiarity, and fluency in German and English. A matrix environment experience and strong stakeholder management are highly valued.

Formación

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business Management or equivalent.
• Several years of experience in Finance and (Project-)Controlling.
• First Experience with SAP (CO/FI).
• Experience in a matrix environment with stakeholder management.
• Ability to anticipate, assess and mitigate risks.
• Excellent relationship-building and team-building skills, cross-functional collaboration.
• High emotional intelligence, conflict management skills, persistence and assertiveness.
• Fluent in German and English.

In order to support our Secure Communications Project Controlling Team, Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a Junior Project Controller (d/f/m). Desired skills and qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business Management or equivalent
• Several years of experience in activities which have allowed you to acquire sound skills and knowledge of Finance and (Project-)Controlling
• First Experience with SAP (CO/FI)
• First Experience of working in a matrix environment with proven record of successful stakeholder management
• Able to anticipate, assess and mitigate risks
• Excellent skills in relationship building, team building, collaborate across functions, empowering, motivating others and conflict management
• A high level of self-awareness, emotional intelligence, conflict management skills, persistence, and assertiveness
• Fluent in German and English mandatory
