Support Activities
- Support "Type Certification" activities, such as: establishing the type certification basis and type design definition, developing compliance demonstration programs, releasing airworthiness documentation to the National Military Airworthiness Authorities (NMAA), managing certification projects with NMAA, and managing Airbus engineering departments & System Support Center to ensure certification objectives are met. Support the Minor / Major modification certification activities, or repair changes.
- Support continuing airworthiness activities, such as: delivering Airworthiness Risk Assessments for Reportable Occurrences and launching associated actions, negotiating with AA the action plan to remove unsafe conditions, ensuring certification of inspections and modification Service Bulletins, ensuring the development of appropriate airworthiness directives, and providing advice and expertise to the Chief Engineer and engineering teams on certification and airworthiness issues, reviewing and accepting airworthiness deliverables from engineering departments.

YOU...
- have a Degree in Engineering, Aerospace, or a related field of study.
- have relevant work experience in an aerospace environment, ideally obtained within an airworthiness environment relevant to this position.
- have knowledge of aviation law and certification regulations, especially in the military regulatory area.
- ideally, have had previous contact with representatives of the certification authority and/or the customer.
- are experienced with working with MS Office.
- have good German and very good English skills.
