The Rieker Group is one of Europe's leading shoe manufacturers. To strengthen our team at Rieker Entwicklungs GmbH in Tuttlingen, we are looking for you to join us as a Junior Product Manager (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date.

Your Responsibilities

1. Be part of the product development team, from prototype to series release for production.
2. Analyze markets, monitor trends, and visualize these trends.
3. Contribute to the planning, analysis, and evaluation of collections during the comprehensive collection creation and design process.

What You Bring

• Studies in shoe technology, textile design/textile management, or a comparable qualification.
• Ability to combine your commercial skills with creativity and a passion for designing fashionable products.
• A structured and independent working style, remaining composed under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, and high willingness to travel, especially to our location in Vietnam.
• Hands-on mentality, excellent English, and MS Office skills.
