Medisana GmbH, a leading specialist in the home health care market and part of the OGAWA Group, is seeking a passionate and motivated Junior Product Marketing Manager (all genders) to join our Business Unit Non-Medical team in Neuss. Your responsibilities include strategic and operational tasks such as potential analysis of new products, market introduction, and portfolio management within the Non-Medical Business Unit. You will support brand and category strategy development, define target markets, and develop market entry concepts based on market and consumer insights. Your product categories include flexible heat products like heating pads and the emerging 'Cordless heating' trend.

You will co-responsibly develop category strategies, manage product lifecycle and planning, oversee project costs and business cases, and collaborate closely with supply chain teams in Asia. Representation of product categories and active market monitoring are also key parts of your role.

Ideal candidates will have:

• A degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in product management, marketing, or business development within FMCG or similar industries
• Experience with product innovation, market launches, and technical product marketing
• Knowledge of the Chinese manufacturing market is a plus
• Excellent project management, presentation skills, and strategic marketing understanding
• Strong communication skills, creativity, trend awareness, and a team-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluent German and English skills
