Your role as Junior Product Manager

In this hands-on role, you'll play a key part in managing the full lifecycle of medical devices - from development and market research through to launch and post-market activities. You'll work closely with R&D, marketing, regulatory, and sales teams to help shape and deliver products that make a measurable difference in clinical settings.

Support product development and launches across the medical device portfolio

Conduct market analysis to track competitor activity and identify customer needs

Collaborate with technical teams to improve product design and performance

Help prepare marketing materials and training content for internal and external stakeholders

Gather and analyse feedback from healthcare professionals to inform product updates

Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and quality standards

Represent the company at selected conferences, meetings, and events

Experience and qualifications for the Junior Product Manager role

Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, Life Sciences, or a similar field

1-2 years of experience in a product, marketing, or commercial role within healthcare or medical devices (preferred)

Strong understanding of medical technologies and related regulations

Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into product strategy

Fluent in both English and German

Confident using MS Office; experience with CRM or ERP tools is a bonus

Comfortable with occasional travel for meetings, training, or industry events
