YOUR TASKS:

1. Supporting the implementation of portfolio plans in line with the overall strategy, ensuring availability and distribution in relevant channels.
2. Preparation of promotional activities (launch overview, internal presentations) and timing of the launch.
3. Creation of Marketing Start Forms (MSFs) for all portfolio initiatives.
4. Support and optimize the processes for marketing and ongoing portfolio management.
5. Work closely with supporting functions, primarily S&OP and Operations, as well as other commercial teams.

YOUR PROFILE:

1. Completed business degree and relevant practical experience; ideally with a focus on business administration/marketing or comparable education.
2. 2-3 years of professional experience in product management, marketing and/or sales.
3. Strong understanding of cross-functional collaboration, project management and working in an international environment are an advantage.
4. Empathy, high interpersonal skills and self-motivation.
5. Strong communication skills coupled with a high level of team spirit.
6. Fluent English, German language skills are an advantage.
