YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consolidate our procurement processes: Bring structure to a dynamic environment, identify synergies, and optimize workflows.
• Manage the entire ordering process: From internal requests through RFQs and POs to invoice handling – including escalations and feedback.
• Support our ERP lift-off: Contribute to the integration and further development of our ERP system – your data will be the foundation for informed decision-making.
• Evaluate and develop suppliers: Analyze performance, build strong partnerships, and ensure a resilient and efficient supply chain.
• Keep inventory and stock under control: From planning and conducting inventory counts to analyzing results – all while complying with safety and quality standards.
• Teamwork makes the dream work: Collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, and Finance to ensure material availability and continuously improve processes.

YOUR PROFILE

• Education & background: You’ve completed a commercial apprenticeship or hold a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable field.
• Comprehensive supply chain know-how: You’re familiar with all areas of procurement and logistics – ideally in a manufacturing environment, preferably with aerospace experience.
• Solid foundation: A strong educational background and hands-on experience form the base for your structured and analytical work style.
• ERP? Of course!: You’ve worked with ERP systems before, especially in the areas of procurement and master data management.
• You think like us: A true team player with a sense of ownership, strong communication skills, and the drive to get things done.
• Problem-solver mindset – You spot issues before they arise – and solve them before they escalate.
