As the Merchant Operations team, we handle operational and data-related aspects of the partner business at ABOUT YOU. This includes checking the initial data of new partners and managing ongoing operational processes. Additionally, we are responsible for data-driven assortment management of partner assortments, ensuring optimal performance of external partner assortments.Within the Merchant Operations team, we maintain an overview of all relevant partner assortments, making us a key part of the partner business. In our team, you will support growth and cooperation projects and manage existing partner relationships.

As a (Junior) Process Manager, you will be part of our Services & Operations team. You will use your analytical skills to identify product data errors and communicate with our partners regarding product-related topics.

Responsibilities

Continuous product monitoring to ensure maximum assortment breadth and depth

• Management of product assortments in the ABOUT YOU online shop
• Ongoing review and post-processing of product data in close coordination with external partners and internal departments
• Serve as a contact person for internal and external data-related issues
• Conduct regular partner calls
• Review partner inquiries regarding data-related topics
• Resolve product data-related clarification cases

Requirements

A degree in business administration or commercial training with further education in business

• Initial work experience or relevant internships in an e-commerce marketplace or online retail environment
• Confident and friendly demeanor, enjoyment in working with people
• Strong analytical skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and creativity in developing new solutions
• Very good English skills
• Basic knowledge of Jira and SQL is a plus
