Your tasks

This position can either be based in Cologne (Germany) or in Milan (Italy).

• Reliable planning and timely execution of projects
• Obtaining quotations, coordinating external reproduction companies
• Evaluating, reviewing and correcting press proofs, color proofs and print results
• Liaise between editorial and production
• Assisting in the development of new products and designs

Your profile

• Qualified training in pre-press/reproduction, media design or a relevant course of study
• Several years of relevant work experience
• Sound general knowledge of the program we publish (photography, pop culture, music, history, art, architecture, etc.)
• Confident in handling standard DTP programs
• Excellent written and spoken English, German and italian proficiency is a plus
• Very good IT skills
• A confident and friendly presence in an international business environment
• Experience in customer contact
• Accountability, cost and quality awareness
• Ability to work under pressure, commitment, organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and autonomously
