Jobbeschreibung

We are looking for a motivated and detailoriented Junior PMO to support project controlling and coordination tasks within an internal team in a consulting environment. This position is initially for 1218 months with the opportunity to move into a project role thereafter. Its an excellent entry point for candidates with a finance background seeking handson experience in project operations and support.

What you will be doing :

  • Maintain and update project systems.
  • Track and report financial forecasts weekly to the Finance team.
  • Review and approve consultant time sheets and expense reports.
  • Prepare freelancer contracts and create Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Act as the central point of contact for contract expense and systemrelated queries.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities including equipment access badges and user accounts.
  • Send training and compliance reminders to team members.
  • Set up new projects in the controlling system and validate related invoices.

Qualifications :

  • 12 years of relevant experience in project assistance project controlling or PMO.
  • Basic understanding of project financials and reporting.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience working with ERP or project systems (e.g. Business Central).
  • Organized proactive and comfortable handling multiple administrative responsibilities.
  • Strong communication skills and serviceoriented mindset.
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
