Qualifikationen

  • Erfahrung in Sales Development oder Account Management in einem dynamischen Umfeld.

The role - your passion

  • Your goal is to acquire new hosts for our platform through prospecting and active outreach – both from the office and "on the road" at the most beautiful places in Europe.

  • You conduct daily sales conversations with potential hosts, combining telesales and field sales strategies to create an efficient yet personal dialogue.

  • You persuade potential hosts to collaborate and register on our platform by providing honest, precise, and customer-focused information about the roadsurfer spots project.

  • You develop successful sales strategies for host acquisition, which you and our junior sales colleagues (Roadscouts) implement.

  • You take a systematic and creative approach to identifying new opportunities and optimizations in our acquisition methods, always involving the Spots Team.

  • You focus on your quantitative sales goals, track and optimize them to ensure the success of the measures taken.

What you need to surf the wave with us

  • Relevant professional experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Account Management, preferably in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.

  • With your previous experience, you understand how to manage high-volume sales, develop and implement effective and structured sales guidelines, and build relationships with potential customers, successfully closing deals.

  • You enjoy sales and acquiring new customers and love inspiring people with your passion for outdoor travel, camper vans, and similar topics.

  • You are proactive, solution-oriented, and enjoy finding new ways to improve processes.

  • You bring fluent English and/or German skills. Any additional language (French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Croatian) is a plus.
