We are looking for a Junior Performance Marketing Manager (f/m/x) to join our team of marketing experts that uses data-driven insights to run efficient performance marketing and improve the customer journey. We operate all acquisition marketing and conversion optimization activities fully in-house, providing an ideal environment for a steep learning curve.

In this role within our Performance Marketing team, you can choose to specialize deeply in one of our Paid Online Marketing channels or take on a generalist role gaining experience across multiple channels. Both paths will build your expertise and impact business decisions directly.

Your new Role

1. Learn to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns in Google, Bing, and Meta
2. Analyze data using in-house tools to identify growth opportunities and collaborate with your team to scale campaigns
3. Monitor and challenge ongoing campaigns daily to ensure targets are met, gaining deep knowledge of online marketing channels
4. Support budget management for your market's channels, contributing to business growth across Google, Bing, and Meta Ads
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on campaign planning, creative materials, reporting, and optimization projects

Your Skills

1. First experience and strong interest in Paid Online Marketing
2. Attention to detail and a structured approach to managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
3. Analytical skills with a data-driven mindset, proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; knowledge of Google Ads is a plus
4. Motivated to learn and grow in performance marketing, testing new ideas and challenging the status quo
5. Business fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
