We are looking for a Junior Performance Marketing Manager (f/m/x) to join our team of marketing experts who use data-driven insights to run efficient performance marketing and improve the customer journey. We operate all acquisition marketing and conversion optimization activities fully in-house, providing an ideal environment for rapid learning.

In this role within our Performance Marketing team, you can choose to specialize deeply in one online marketing channel or develop a broad skill set across multiple channels. Both paths will help you gain valuable knowledge and influence business decisions.

Learn to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google, Bing, and Meta platforms.

Analyze data with our in-house tools to identify growth opportunities and collaborate with your team to scale campaigns.

Monitor and challenge ongoing campaigns daily to ensure targets are met, gaining deep insights into online marketing channels.

Support budget management for your market's channels, contributing to impactful growth across Google, Bing, and Meta Ads.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Marketing Automation, Marketing Controlling, Video Production, etc.) on campaign planning, advertising materials, reporting, and optimization projects.

You have some experience and a strong interest in Paid Online Marketing.

You pay great attention to detail and maintain a structured approach to manage multiple campaigns and projects in a fast-paced environment.

You possess analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets (knowledge of Google Ads is a plus).

You are highly motivated to grow in the field of performance marketing, eager to test new ideas and challenge the status quo.

Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Dutch, German, or French is a significant advantage.

This is a 100% remote position! Work from anywhere full-time.
