Zusammenfassung

Holidu is seeking a mid-level Paid Search professional to manage cross-European campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. The role focuses on scalable bidding, data-informed decision making, and close collaboration with a small, international team in a fast-growing tech environment.

You will contribute to AI-powered marketing tools and own end-to-end optimization, including testing and analysis, while leveraging a hybrid work model in Munich.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on paid search experience with Google Ads (Microsoft Ads a plus).
• Strong quantitative mindset and attention to detail.
• Ownership of business results and data-driven decision making.
• Curiosity about AI in marketing; no engineering background required.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

• Own large-scale Search Engine Advertising across multiple European markets (Google Ads and Microsoft Ads).
• Challenge bidding logic, structures, and processes with data-driven insights.
• Co-build internal marketing apps with Claude Code and GitHub with the MarTech team.
• Own numbers end-to-end, run high-impact A/B tests, and translate results into repeatable playbooks.

Your future team

You will be part of the Paid Search team, the growth engine of Holidu's Performance Marketing: we run Google Ads and Microsoft Ads across all Holidu domains and brands in Europe, on both sides of the marketplace - Guest (B2C, bookings) and Host (B2B, lead generation). We are a small, international and highly analytical team: value-based bidding at scale, our own bidding infrastructure, and data-driven in every decision. We work AI-first, and we are early: as marketers, we build our own analyses, automations and internal apps with LLM tooling (mainly Claude), together with our MarTech team. The team is led by Andreas, who has two decades of experience in digital marketing, and you will work closely with Rasmus, one of Holidu's Co-Founders.

Your role in this journey

• Own large-scale Search Engine Advertising across multiple European markets (Google Ads and Microsoft Ads), from account structure to value-based bidding that grows efficiently
• Challenge how we do paid search today: question our bidding logic, structures and processes, and bring perspectives we have not considered. With us, arguments and data weigh more than job titles
• Co-build internal marketing apps with Claude Code and GitHub, as a marketer, not an engineer. We are first movers here: you will learn a skill almost nobody in the market has yet, and you will shape our tooling together with our MarTech team
• Own your numbers end-to-end: find the improvement potential others walk past, run high-impact A/B tests across large budgets, decide with data, and turn results into playbooks instead of one-off learnings
• Pilot what is next in paid search: AI Max, the first generation of LLM advertising (OpenAI/ChatGPT Ads), and AI-powered workflows from anomaly detection to statistical analysis

Your backpack is filled with

• Hands-on paid search experience: 1+ years with Google Ads (Microsoft Ads is a plus) - trajectory matters more to us than years
• A sharp, quantitative mindset with real attention to detail.
• Ownership of business results: you think in outcomes, not processes, you build solutions rather than wait for instructions, and you can argue your case with solid data
• Genuine curiosity about AI in marketing: you have already used AI tools to change how you work, not just to draft texts, and you want to go much deeper. No engineering background needed, curiosity is the requirement, we teach you the rest
• Fluent English (our working language); any additional language is a plus
