Your mission

As the (Junior) Performance Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective advertising strategies on Amazon to drive brand awareness, increase sales, and maximize ROI. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment with our overall business objectives.
This results in a varied workday:

• Full responsibility of the Advertising Activities in one of our Marketplaces (Spain, Italy or France)
• Develop and implement comprehensive Amazon advertising strategies, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display ads, and Amazon DSP campaigns.
• Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth. • Plan and execute programmatic advertising through Amazon DSP to reach targeted audiences and improve campaign performance.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis to inform advertising strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with our target audience.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize advertising spend and achieve KPIs.
• Stay updated on Amazon advertising policies, best practices, and industry trends to ensure compliance and maintain a competitive edge.
• Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future strategies.
• Work closely with the sales team to align advertising efforts with product launches and promotional activities.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within Amazon Advertising
• Proven track record of managing successful Amazon PPC campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics).
• Excellent understanding of Amazon’s advertising platform and tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills (C1) in Spanish or Italian, as well as German or English. Additional language skills are a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
