• Hohe Kompetenz in Schrift und Sprache auf Deutsch (CEFR C2) und Englisch.

• Unterstützung des gesamten Rekrutierungsprozesses für technische und geschäftliche Rollen.
• Gestaltung einer positiven Kandidatenerfahrung mit schneller Rückmeldung.
• Verwaltung und Optimierung des HR-Tools (Personio).

Your mission

You will make sure our People & Culture operations run smoothly and efficiently — both for our current team and for future talent. You will take ownership of HR administration and support the entire recruiting process. In this role, you'll ensure a great candidate experience, manage our HR systems (especially Personio), and help us maintain an excellent employee experience as we grow.

Your Tasks Will Include

• Supporting the end-to-end recruiting process for both tech and business roles — from job posting, active sourcing, and screening to interview coordination and offers.
• Shaping a positive candidate experience with fast feedback loops, structured processes, and transparent communication.
• Executing structured onboarding journeys and ensuring smooth offboarding, including exit interviews and knowledge transfer.
• Maintaining and improving HR administration and document management across the entire employee lifecycle.
• Managing and optimizing our HR tool (Personio).
• Collaborating with our People & Culture Manager on projects — for example, enhancing our internal goal-setting and development frameworks.
• Helping to continuously improve our processes as we grow.
  
  

Your profile

• You show high-level competence in written and spoken German (CEFR C2 or equivalent) and are comfortable communicating in English.
• You work in a structured, organized, and reliable way and have a hands-on, get-things-done mindset.
• You have a service-oriented attitude and communicate professionally and warmly with candidates and colleagues.
• You are detail-oriented and deliver high-quality work, even in a dynamic environment.
• You enjoy working with digital tools — experience with Personio or similar HR software is a plus.
• You are curious, proactive, and ready to take ownership of your work and small projects.
• Experience in hand-on HR operations, recruiting, or related areas is a plus — but we also welcome motivated career starters who are eager to learn.
• Experience with German labor law basics or payroll processes is a plus.
