(JUNIOR) PAYROLL ACCOUNTANT (f/m/d)

Immediately, full-time or alternatively part-time, with an unlimited contract, mainly in our central Munich office.

Your mission

• Execute monthly payroll accounting independently after appropriate training.
• Support and advise employees and managers on payroll tax and social security issues.
• Ensure payroll-relevant issues are checked and implemented according to legal and company regulations.
• Participate in registration, reporting, and certification processes.
• Maintain payroll accounts, personnel files, and master data.
• Work closely with financial accounting and authorities (e.g., tax office, immigration office, employment agency, health insurance companies).
• Assist with payroll tax and social security audits.
• Contribute to the further development and optimization of salary processes.

Your profile

• Completed apprenticeship as an assistant tax consultant (f/m/d).
• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in payroll accounting, payroll tax, and social security law.
• Confident handling of DATEV wage and salary accounting.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong numerical skills and a structured, reliable way of working.
• Fluent written and spoken German, with good command of English.
• High self-motivation and responsibility, with a team-oriented attitude.
