THE GOAL

The aim of the Junior Partnership Manager position is to support the sourcing, selection, and training of our franchisees. This is a critical role within our local team. The role provides comprehensive support to the Partnership Manager in administrative and back-office duties related to new points of sales openings and assists franchisees with all pre-opening procedures, including cooperation with other departments such as logistics, supply chain, and finance.

WHAT YOU DO (responsibilities)

1. Sourcing and Selection

• Support in researching and identifying new networks, communities, and methods to attract suitable franchisees for our points of sale.
• Create talent banks for potential franchise partners for our kiosks.
• Support the Partnership Manager in maintaining the recruitment and training tracker for new openings.
• Assist in tracking sources of hires.

Admin

• Support updating the database of all kiosk locations.
• Assist with contract creation and filing for franchise partners.

Training

• Coordinate and ensure franchise partners receive the correct induction training aligned with our standards.
• Support the Partnership Manager in tracking and signing off on new partner training.
• Assist in planning and delivering successful openings of new points of sale.

Communication & Engagement with Partners

• Support the Partnership Manager in delivering partner newsletters.
• Assist with group-level partner projects, engaging partners and the local team, and tracking project impacts.
• Support planning and organizing events and meetings for franchise partners, including annual summits.

• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written. Additional Asian language skills are highly advantageous.
