- Goal Setting and Planning: Collaborate with partners to define achievable goals, creating detailed business plans that specify new customer targets, annual turnover, and strategic milestones.
- Training and Certification: Ensure partners complete necessary training and certification exams to demonstrate expertise in our HR software.
- Marketing and Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing initiatives and partner strategies, working closely with our internal team.
- Performance Monitoring: Track relevant KPIs, analyze results during regular reviews, and collaborate with partners to optimize performance.
- Representation and Networking: Represent Hubdrive at trade fairs, conferences, and industry events to promote our company and expand our partner network.
- Partner Network Expansion: Identify and acquire new partners to strengthen our partner network.
