ABOUT ZMS

Zalando Marketing Services (ZMS) is the 360 marketing unit for Zalando's brand partners. We offer a diverse product suite spanning multiple marketing channels, enabling brands to achieve their advertising objectives in the digital space based on deep consumer insights within a unique fashion, beauty, and designer context.

Within the ZMS Partner Management unit, we work with a diverse set of strategic clients, advising them on innovative marketing solutions and scalable platform strategies. Given our key partners' high complexity and individual needs, we aim to provide a high service level, smart consultancy, and access to various experts within ZMS. Our success is measured in revenue generation, solution adoption, and client satisfaction.

We are looking for a self-driven Partner Consultant to help our most strategic partners grow their business successfully. Key Responsibilities
  • Work with strategic brand partners to drive long-term sustainable growth and client satisfaction.
  • Develop annual marketing strategies and recommendations leveraging ZMS offerings, with support from business experts.
  • Coordinate the execution of yearly/seasonal marketing plans and campaigns, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understand clients' business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partner teams (executive, operational, creative, measurement, agency), providing insightful recommendations and identifying opportunities.

  • You have 3+ years of experience in online media sales, business development, consulting, account management, or sales, preferably from a sales/media house, e-commerce industry, or online publisher.
  • You are experienced in managing complex stakeholder relationships, high-value accounts, and driving strategic learning agendas.
  • You have a track record of compelling, data-backed storytelling and recommendations.
  • You are skilled in managing forecasts and achieving goals.
  • You have excellent English communication skills and confidence in interacting and presenting at a senior management level.
