We are currently recruiting a bilingual (German/English) Junior Paid Search Manager to drive high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Working closely with the in-house PPC team and Amorana marketing team, your focus will be on growing our SEA channel efficiently.

What you will do

1. Execute the SEA strategy for Amorana’s accounts in line with business goals.
2. Manage SEA budgets and report on KPIs.
3. Support account setup and bidding strategies to maximize profit and growth.
4. Conduct keyword research and optimize ad copy for continual account growth.
5. Assist with A/B testing to improve performance and revenue.
6. Track and report costs, revenue, and KPIs, aligning with business objectives.

What you should bring

1. Proficiency in both German and English (fluent/native German preferred).
2. At least 1 year of professional experience in paid search.
3. Experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to innovate and overcome industry limitations.
5. Ability to work collaboratively and develop skills within a team environment.
