Job Description

• Manage daily reconciliation, settlement, and security transaction processes to ensure flawless financial services.
• Support analysis of corporate action events by identifying patterns, correlating data, and investigating issues for smooth processing.
• Communicate with external partners to coordinate the processing of corporate actions.
• Develop scalable processes and collaborate with internal teams to support rapid business growth.

Qualifications

• Completed a banking apprenticeship or hold a Bachelor's/Master's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or similar.
• Experience in securities services, brokerage, or asset management; prior experience in a bank’s middle or back office is a plus.
• Interest or knowledge in securities and banking processes, such as corporate actions.
• Ability to work efficiently in a time-sensitive environment and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
