Job Description

As Junior Operations Manager Poland (m/f/d) you will translate various texts and thus support the team with their projects. Consequently, valuable insights into the development of Polish-speaking markets will be gained.

Responsibilities

• Translation of various texts from German and English into Polish (e.g., sales campaigns, newsletters, push notifications, fashion content, marketing materials)
• Localization of translated texts for the Polish audience
• Competitor monitoring (track sale campaigns, collaborations with celebrities and influencers, newsletter and push notifications strategy, services)
• Quality assurance (scripted and exploratory bug testing of the app, desktop, and mobile shops)
• Managing daily operations and monitoring KPIs
• Market analyses and development

Requirements

• Work experience in the fields of linguistics, culture, or similar fields would be a plus
• Good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
• Native speaker competence in Polish (oral & written)
• Fluency in English and basic German (oral & written)
• Good communication skills
