Join Our Mission at Twin Harbour, we’re scaling the next generation of mobile F2P strategy games, and we’re looking for a Junior Online Marketing Manager to help bring millions of players into our games.


If you’re data-driven, passionate about performance marketing, and eager to make an impact in gaming, this is your chance to grow in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and Applovin
  • Collaborate with fellow UA managers and artists to develop engaging ad creatives for international audiences
  • Onboard new partners and technologies, and support bottom-line changing infrastructure projects
  • Stay ahead of the curve on gaming industry trends, UA best practices, and platform updates to continuously refine acquisition strategies

Must haveRequirements

  • Autonomous and collaborative working style, and strong drive to take ownership and push boundaries (creatively and technically)

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, basic formulas) and data interpretation

  • Fluent in English (written & spoken) for campaign optimization and team collaboration

  • Basic familiarity with our titles

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field

Nice to have Requirements

  • Passion for gaming & understanding of the mobile gaming landscape, preferably in strategy games

  • Additional language skills to support international campaigns

  • Familiarity or active presence in major social media networks

  • Ability to create basic presentations or reports. - Present an original/creative idea on how to market our titles to the interview

  • Basic proficiency with paid media platforms (such as Meta, Google, Applovin)
